Great cruise with a great company. Entertainment was excellent, staff were so friendly and we met great people travelling on the ship

Beautiful sights
Norway was lovely and scenery was amazing. Would liked to have seen better choice of menu in the main restaurant rather than more or less the same menu every night. Better choices for vegetarians especially in the buffet restaurants. More choice of entertainment rather than the same stars being on twice a week. Best part was the kids club which my grandsons enjoyed

Dreadful
First time with this company and totally disappointed by the experience overall, no wow factor. Lot of the adult activities were half after ten in the spinnaker lounge but there was not enough room there so you had to stand squashed with other people so not worth the bother. Cruise director was dreadful couldn't look at the audience when speaking to them and very hard to make out what he was saying. Never saw him out and about during the day. Best part of the cruise was sitting in the atrium listening to randon singing. Best entertainer on the ship

MSC Seaview

Although the ship was lovely storage in the cabins is very limited. Food both in the buffet and restaurants was very limited for vegetarians almost no choice at all. Entertainment was dreadful half hour show which was actually probably only about twenty by the time the cruise director finished introducing it. Our cabin was always clean but never saw anyone cleaning other parts of the ships such as the stairs. Hand sanitizers were provided but rarely saw other passengers using them or any staff enforcing it. My wife felt unwell on the Saturday and has been unwell since due to a bug she has caught on the ship. Wouldn’t travel with them again

Favourite port and do the canal trip
Lovely port and easily accessible
Lovely town and if you can visit the small church it's beautiful inside
Although it's a lovey city it was advertised as a two day stopbut we arrived at 4pm and left at 12 noon the next day. We had booked the hop on hop off bus and even though it was good we couldn't get off the bus apart from one stop as we would have had to make our own way back as the buses stop at a certain time
Not a lot to see or do, went to visit the museums but they were shut
Didn't get a chance to do so as it only docked here for an hour to let passengers on a tour embark. If you got off the ship and weren't doing the tour you couldn't get back on and had to make your own way to the next port

Lovely port did the railway which was well worth the time

Book excursions before you go if you can as they are very expensive on the ship

Departure port
Didn't get off the ship as it stopped here for an hour only to let other passengers off to catch tour bus. If you left the ship you couldn't get back on and had to make your own way to the next port of calk

Although it was a lovely city and we did an independent tour we didn't get a lot of time here as didn't dock till 4pm and left at 12 the next day despite it being advertised as two days here
