First time with this company and totally disappointed by the experience overall, no wow factor. Lot of the adult activities were half after ten in the spinnaker lounge but there was not enough room there so you had to stand squashed with other people so not worth the bother. Cruise director was dreadful couldn't look at the audience when speaking to them and very hard to make out what he was saying. Never saw him out and about during the day. Best part of the cruise was sitting in the atrium listening to randon singing. Best entertainer on the ship

Don't cater for vegetarians, little or no choice in any of the dining areas. In grand Pacific meal wasn't hot and was given the wrong meal which was pork, shocked by this being vegetarian went to the fitness centre no staff there and left to get on with it yourself

Ship appeared clean but saw very little cleaners about during the day

Cabin was clean but for a balcony it was smaller than expected, if drying hair at small vanity unit no room to move and other person in the cabin had to climb over the bed to get past. Balcony was quite enclosed and felt claustrophobic
Didn't get off the ship as it stopped here for an hour only to let other passengers off to catch tour bus. If you left the ship you couldn't get back on and had to make your own way to the next port of calk
Although it was a lovely city and we did an independent tour we didn't get a lot of time here as didn't dock till 4pm and left at 12 the next day despite it being advertised as two days here
