Nice Ports; Fair Price; Horrible Entertainment, Dining and Casino Staff

The ports of call were great! Cost of the cruise was fair, however, the entertainment was lacking -- seems like the "actors" were more interested in their performance then singing the actual songs; Casino staff very un-attentative. Host on the third deck dining room (a heavy-set gentlemen) was quite rude night-after-night. Stateroom and front desk staff were just wonderful and every request (small or large) was met with a friendly sincere smile. Art auctions were a joke. Bingo from Kevin was more about humiliation then allowing guests the "pleasure" of winning. Who in their right mind encourages guests to "boo" other guests? Kevin does!

Food and Dining
Had the host been more friendly it would have been enjoyable. The "dine as you wish" doesn't work. There was never a table when we wanted it.
Service and Staff
Mulkan and Suroso were just wonderful and every attempt to please us was done! Great employees.
Kevin was horribly rude -- see above.
Children's Programs
Onboard Activities
A little dis-appointing but not horrible. Just average.
Destinations and Excursions
Great ports of call which is why we selected this cruise.
Ship Quality
We were on this ship last year and it is in need of a renovation. Deck floors on the balcony's need replacing; carpets should be replaced and overall decor of the ship is truly 1980's...
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Very easy and very helpful staff.
Cabin / Stateroom Balcony floors should be replaced. Space a bit tighter than the suite we had last year and suspect a suite will be all we will chose from now on.


If you are departing around 4pm get to the cruise terminal early -- we arrived just after 12 noon and were allowed on and suspect other guests were there earlier. Ask the front desk for a later departure and most likely it will be granted.
