We liked all the action of our Boardwalk-facing balcony room. But it's not for everyone. If you want more peace and quiet, I would think the Central Park-facing balcony would be better.

Be prepared for international travelers. If you are from the States, you’ll expect common courtesy like waiting in line and other US politeness standards. Some cultures just go! So, don’t be surprised if people just want to move in front of you. The staff does a good job of keep people in line.

If you’re looking for a casual place to eat, go to the Solarium Bistro. There’s much less lines there and it’s a way calmer vibe than the Windjammer.

Find all the little hidden artworks through out the ship
ncdoc8
Explore the entire ship. There are things to do all over the ship but you have to find them
bxrobin
If you don’t do ship provided excursions, have a plan for getting from the crusie ship to town. That was the biggest pain.
dbates021
Honestly, please wait until you are on the ship to reserve restaurants because though it may say filled during our boarding registration, it doesn't mean once you get on board the vessel that, reservations open.

It's big, so be prepared to get your steps in.

Look for a longer sailing than 7 nights or else don’t get off the ship in ports to experience this wonderful ship
phinguyen2005
highly recomended.

If you have a disability or need accessibility do not book this ship.

Get the Key!!! Made the checkin process great!

Symphony is just like Harmony not much different at all! Either boat would be great! Take Show up for events like karaoke in advance to grab a good spot. Follow all the instructions on the boat to make your stay and the the workers more pleasant.

Cruise is really for families with younger kids not really for adults. Be prepared to be charged for everything you do
toddandkelly
Pace yourself, the ports have long excursions, try and take the ones with multiple stops, so you can see a lot with a little bus ride break in between. Take blister bandaids with you!
HCRBoca
Buy magnetic hooks. The walls are all metallic and it gives you the opportunity to hang additional storage (shoe racks, clothesline, etc.).

Enjoy all the entertainment! Make a reservation to eat at the Solarium! It’s included and it’s so good.
Jelainegz
Use Royal Caribbean to set up excursions! They were well organized and guided you through the whole process.

Book key shows prior to sailing and activities/events as soon as you get on ship.
