Review summary

Considering we just got out of a pandemic, our cruise was great! If definitely do another one. Perhaps a different ship from another port. We love trying new things and exploring different places.

Embarkation

Very fast and easy!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The main dining was fantastic. Our servers were Wilbur and Facey. They have excellent customer service! They were kind and took personal in our table. We'll never forget them or how they treated us! They deserve employee of the year and a raise! We will miss them deeply. :--)

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Karaoke, hot tub and pool. Checked out some shows. They were all fun. I suggest moving the age limit up for the solarium to 21 and up. 16 is to young because space is limited. Enforce the rules more of seating and cabana sharing. More pools in the solarium and not just hot tubs. Limit the amount of people in karaoke room so it's not overbearing and more people can enjoy it.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
They were pretty great. Kept the crowd moving. Played a variety of genres of music.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
They were pretty good. Although kids ages 12 and under should be separate from teens 13 and up.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Warren was our steward. He was very friendly and helpful. Our family could tell how hardworking he was and always stayed positive. We truly appreciate all the workers hardwork and enthusiasm to assist so many people. Their job isn't always easy I'm sure. We are so grateful for them. Thank you Warren for all you do! We truly mean it.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Yes. Although guests were going a little overboard with being not so clean or helpful the shop crew were on top of it as much a they could be. I appreciate them. Their work is hard and essential. Kudos to them all.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It was great. Clean easily accessible with a great view.

Ship tip

Symphony is just like Harmony not much different at all! Either boat would be great! Take Show up for events like karaoke in advance to grab a good spot. Follow all the instructions on the boat to make your stay and the the workers more pleasant.
