Just Okay by trinaburnett

The ship crew is unable to manage saving of pool deck chairs, spent too much for this cruise to not be able to find a place to sit by the pool. And to see 30 plus empty chairs being held by towels for hours at a time is extremely frustrating.

Solid, but packed cruise by sburke351

Overall, a solid experience. The ship was full and it was hard to find space in a hot tub, at the gym, when dining, on the running track, etc. The ship had plenty of activities and great entertainment though.

wonderful cruise by rwinstonbaer323

We had a wonderful time on the cruise. This is my first time in many years on RC. We've done Disney the last 4 years with the family. I enjoyed the ship but did continuously compared things that are included on Disney and were additional charge on RC. Personally, i would prefer to pay for the items up front then to have to continuously add during the cruise.

The ship is new and beautiful. Lots and lots of things to do. The ship has become the destination. Easier to find my way around that I feared. After a day, it was easy to navigate.

Nice and new ship, great entertainment and shows, food are delicious, just ports need to improve; need more time at San Juan, and hopefully stop at British Virgin Islands such as St John instead of St. Martin

Big Ship by misalkat

Probably will not sail on this ship again. It is sort of like being stuck in the belly of an airplane with no view to the outside unless you are on the pool/sports decks, or unless you go suite class or have your own balcony. Even if you have your own balcony, if you are not suite class, the bars , lounges, card rooms etc are all windowless. Sometimes after I had all the sun and wind and noise I could tolerate on the pool deck I would just go sit in my room so I could look out the window.

I would definitely go back and do this cruise again on this ship. I don't think I could downgrade to anything else after experiencing this!

Interesting Experience by dottiebroz10138

I wasn't happy with this cruise as I have been on other Oasis class ships. It seemed that everything was crowded, there were lines for everything. We had a Central Park balcony and the music during the day from the pool deck was oppressively loud. We were Diamond and the venues they had available for Diamond and Diamond Plus were much too small for the 2600 of us that were on board. All the entertainment was crowded and space allocation for events like Bingo and Trivia were vastly too small for the crowds that turned out. I've always like Transatlantic Crossings but based on this one, I don't think I'll do one again. Our staff was helpful and friendly and some days the food was excellent and others it was only so so. Johnny Rockets with their overdone burgers is highly overrated and Playmakers with their ala carte pay as you go menu was not worth the money.

We enjoyed the cruise and booked our next cruise while on the ship. by ssandelius

When we booked our cruise in july, 2017, there was no stop in Orlando and we were very disappointed that the stop was added. Our 44th anniversary was November 8th. All passengers were required to leave the ship and go through immigrations. Our entire anniversary day was ruined by spending the entire day standing in line to get off the ship and standing in line to get back on the ship. In addition, a coast guard inspection was conducted as it was the first time the ship was in US waters. The sole reason the Orlando stop was added was so the ship would be ready for a new cruise leaving the same day we arrived in Miami. We lost an entire day of our 12 day cruise just so Royal Carribbean could have the Symphony ready for another cruise the same day our cruise ended.
