Review summary

The cruise was epic and an amazing experience. I will only travel Royal Caribbean when it comes to cruising. Unbelievable ship in comparison to others.

It could be better to have bigger Security scabs for luggage so customers don't have to turn larger suitcases in and have to wait until 6pm to receive luggage.

In the arcade rooms around the ship, many games were out of service. Have more than one face painter because the wait time was extensive. The candy shop needs to be serious attention, for 90% of the candy drawers didn't work correctly. It was tough to get the candy out. Make sure the candy drawers are filled because a lot of the drawers were almost empty.

Service and Staff

Mitzy, the director of the main dining hall on level 3, was exceptional. She kept her word and exceeded our expectations. She is a prime example of how customer service should be given A+++. Also, the director of Chops went out of his way to make things right for my family after having a poor experience at the restaurant. He cared for us and made sure to turn a bad experience into a great one.

However, should have more smoke areas on the ship or make the one area bigger with more chairs and space.

Cabin / Stateroom

The best cabin ever. Whenever we cruise on the Royal caribbean this will be the room we choose. My family of four felt so comfortable.

Ship tip

Honestly, please wait until you are on the ship to reserve restaurants because though it may say filled during our boarding registration, it doesn't mean once you get on board the vessel that, reservations open.
