Big enough to get lost if you want to, small enough to meet new friends. Make sure you eat at dining room. We met a group of the nicest people, and it was good to catch up every night. :) Hi guys x x

Make sure you have fixed dining and chose a big table (8 or 10) if are with only the two of you. We had a fantastic table and we all looked forward to see each other each evening.

Unusual tip but take magnetic hooks as the walls and ceilings are metal and it is very handy to hang your washing to dry.

Choose a cabin midship. Adults only pool area near gym at back of ship less busy than deck 12 midship pool area.

We went with a large group approx 40 people yet we always were able to have our own time which was nice you're never bored nor do you ever feel bad for just resting and relaxing I call it the mum's/wife's real holiday no cooking no cleaning true R&R. Cancel your gratuities and only tip your servers/cabin staff as they are on very low wages, work very long hours and have such a pleasant disposition and the greatest attitude and work ethic. Get as familiar with the ship and everything on board as much as possible before travelling and make sure you have everything for special nights etc they're Great Fun!

If you don't have the all inclusive drink card, at least get the coffee card. The brewed coffee is so much better than ship coffee and they offer a range of specialty coffees.

Please use the Sports Bar as a 24 hour sports bar and not secondary creche for teens (who had their own teen function space). with so much great sport on (NHL, NFL, T20 and Ashes I felt the room was servilely under utilised on many occasion I went to Legends and it was either shut (no open bar until 8pm) or being used for teens or glockenspiel classes.

Don't bother with a drink package, even the "Unlimited Soda and More." It does not apply all across the ship. We probably could have saved a lot of money without it. I would also look into booking excursions offered from offshore - we found these were operated by the same agents Princess was working with and were cheaper!
