To be fair to guests for the lack of entertainments, for missing promised high end activities and amenities, for charging unusual high cost for pier transits, high cost excursions, lack of food quality control, Sun princess should partially refund money to guests to compensate for their disappointments.

overall rating at 2 stars due to Sun princess promised shows were not available on the 1st 10 days of cruising. For the following 9 days cruise, there was only one show 'pirate' quite OK.

We traveled as couple, though I didn't see children's program on the daily schedule.
Service and Staff

All personnel staff are courteous. I gave an overall rating of 3 stars due to the lack of leadership to direct the staff and deliver satisfying services. for example, staff in 'Eatery' are courteous and hardworking, but the food is somehow boring, somewhat salty and oily, everyday the same menu. Staff at guest service are well manners, but the excursions too expensives, the port /pier transits is guest's cost, etc...

The ship is clean and well maintained, the overall rating of 3 stars is for lack of promised amenities and shows
Cabin / Stateroom

The room is comfy, though the usable space of balcony cabin is less than an oceanview cabin due to the balcony counts as space.

Don't book Sun princess for now, wait until Sun princess is more ready and has all their advertised amenities ready for enjoyment
