EZAir messed up our flight reservations and caused a delay in our flights.

Food and Dining

They kept running out of stuff, like Malibu Rum and Fosters in the can. They tried using olive oil in a dirty martini when they ran out of olive juice
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Musicians were only on stage for 45 minutes at a time. It seemed as though they played the same exact set list each time
Entertainment
4 out of 5
If it weren’t for the 2 productions and the 2 guys doing the Beatles songs, I would have skipped the shows
Service and Staff

Ship tip
Keep your expectations low. They have a lot of kinks to work out. Our similar trip on the Sky way night and day better with service, food and everything
We were just on the Enchantment in July - Rome to Barcelon - cruise number 18 on Princess, 35 overall. Our expectations were high. They exceeded our expectations especially in the food category. The ship was in great shape and we had no problems with the lack of staff. Maybe we were dreaming.
I only used EZair once without any problems. When the cruise end port was changed, EZair took care of everything and all I had to do was go to airport. When I cruise, I spend quite a bit on cruise due to being a solo cruiser, so I make it the best experience and enjoy myself. I have better things to do than complain about every little thing that didn't go right that will distract me from having a great cruise. A cruise line do their best to provide you with a positive memorial experience, but it's up to you to make that cruise enjoyable. Also a nite on people who are always complaining about ships being understaffed......if people would stop treating these hard working individuals as if they are their own private servants, the crew would have more time to provide all the passengers with better service. Time and time again, people just leave behind a trashy mess in the dining areas, lounges, cabin hallways, ect. I get the fact we're on vacation and the crew are there to serve us, but they are not our servants.
If I remember right Princess only is guaranteed a certain number of seats. Any delays, changes to flights are done by the Airline;Princess has no control over how they operate. The music sets and even the shows in the Theater are about 45 to 50 minutes. After the pandemic staffing has been a little slow getting back to pre-pandemic. Keep in might each Royal class ship(6 of them) takes a crew of 1500; not to mention the other 10 Grand class take about 1200 member crew. So remember the cruise industry was without revenue for about 2 1/2 years.
Musical sets have always been 45 minutes (well, for the last 10 years or so). How did ezair mess up? Both times we used it we specified departure time, airline, and seating class (about 6 months out). Then DELTA changed the planes and times. On one of them out of Fort Lauderdale Delta changed our connection in Atlanta to be 30 minutes! Called Delta and they had opened a slightly earlier flight from Fort Lauderdale and they moved us there giving us over an hour.
