Review summary

I found out that I forgot to take my little black card wallet with important cards (credit card, insurance cards, etc) from the safe in stateroom 670 but do not know how to reach the ship about it. My travel agent had reached out but we haven’t heard back after 24 hours.

Splendor orchestra, singers and dancers were great. So were Tabitha singer and opera singers.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our room stewards, Jhoanie and Efri for Room 670 were excellent. Loved the complimentary laundry service. Bartenders Dedi and Eric at Merdian Lounge were wonderful and friendly

Yes

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
We think the floor carpet was very gaudy. Bed was comfortable.

Ship tip

Shore excursions were average at best as most of the our tours were sold out ehen shore excursions were open for us to book. Only a couple of tour guides were excellent. We were disappointed that there were no port talks and cultural/historical presentation

Looks like a comprehensive itinerary. Pity about some of your guides not up to expectations.

At least, you got out the US to visit another. Many Americans refuse to do even that.
