This was a fabulouse experience and we can't wait to take another cruise. Everyone was so accommodating. The food was out of this world and such choices!

The ship was wonderful. We had great food, wonderful service, awesome amenities.

we were surprised by the elegance of this ship(Serenade of the Seas). To be able to accomodate so many people and at the same time preserve elegance, harmony,richness and a touch of uniqueness is a monumental achievement.

Beautiful ship with many entertainment venues.

Overall, I highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking for a nice winter break away from the snow. My wife and I selected this cruise based on the great itinerary which included the islands of St. Thomas, St. Maartin, Antigua, St. Lucia, and Barbados. We were both impressed with the overall condition of the ship and the excellent customer service on board the "Serenade of the Seas". On board, we chose a balcony room which was clean and well kept, however any room on a cruise ship seems very small at first. The food on the ship was well prepared and the variety was decent. Overall, we were happy with our experience.

My husband and I just got back from our first cruise and had the best time! our friends had been pushing us to go and we are so glad we took their advise. we didn't know what to expect, but were certainly not disapointed! everything was phenominal from the food, drinks, cleanliness, even the people we met.. we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. my husband and i are already planning our next cruise!

The design of the Serenade is stunning in that there is an awesome view from many areas of the ship, whether outside or inside. The sailing was smooth as glass, the food selections outstanding, and the Royal Caribbean crew was able to move a lot of people in a very organized, and pleasant fashion. Hat's off to them, I will be back.

I have recently sailed on Serenade of the Seas with my family to celebrate my Mom's retirement from teaching. All together we were about 16 people. we had a blast. It was the best vacation I ever took. I would definitely recommend this cruise to everyone.

We thought the cruise was great. The production they put together on the ship was great. They had bands playing all over, good events, and wonderful food and presentation. Id recommend Royal Caribbean to anyone.

We arrived a day late, due to a flight cancellation. Once on the ship, No one met us to explain any proceedings(we were both new to cruising) or even to offer a welcome and hope you enjoy your stay and sorry you are joining us late message. The person who did finally come, seemed more interested in dealing with a sixteen year old who didn't have proper documentation than with us. There never seemed to be enough deck chairs or clean pool towels avail. And we always used our towels for 2 or 3 days. I was most impressed with our dinner wait staff who were always cheerful, courteous and polite. Our stateroom keeper was phenomenal!

Overall an excellent cruise. They did a wonderful job for the holidays celebrating both Christmas and Hanukah. They made everything very festive. The ports of call were good and we enjoyed our relaxing cruise vacation!

Everything on the ship was done with class. The ship crew and staff were the warmest and most helpful and made our cruise fantastic. Our dining room wait staff were funny and provided great service and food. We particularly loved the excellent shows and the music played in the Centrum, especially on Christmas eve. We dined at both Chops and Portofino, which were both second to none.

This cruise lkine is all about personal customer service. They make you feel like your their only guest.

Our overall impression of the ship was very good. Entertaiment was ok. Food was overall good. Ship was very clean.

Truly a great ship with a wonderful staff. Shows were wonderful. Casino had none interesting slots but they were being upgraded. Getting on and off was easy at the home ports and at the islands.

Royal Caribeen does a class job!!

The ship itself was nice-very clean. Room stewards are very attentive and super friendly. The atrium was beautiful, as well as the main dining room. I had a room with a balcony that was great. The room was a good size and very comfortable for 2 people.

Great Experience however the outside entertainment has much to be desired. I understand that each cruise is a little different but the the Thanksgiving Holidays selection was not too great. The onboard entertainers were good and enjoyable to watch.

children were unsupervised at the pool and their was not a life guard on duty. service at dinner was very slow and the thanksgiving turkey was cold.
