The Serenade of the Seas was great. I will never go on a cruise without a balcony. That was definately my favorite part.

The staff is committed to keeping the quests happy. It is amazing how they are always smiling and ready to meet your every need.

The bathroom were always clean and I noticed that they were checked regularly by the staff.

Other than several the toilet malfunctions it was great. When calling for service the mainenance staff was there within 5-10 minutes correcting the problem.

The best island on the cruise. Went on the Cosul tour and it was informative and fun. Not enough time though to get to shop since the tour is so long but you got to find out a lot about the island and what it offers and the people are outstanding.
