All cruise lines continue to cut corners and reduce quality and service. Seabourn is following this trend unfortunately! Dear Mrs. Seabourn President... Your typical Seabourn guests would rather pay "slightly more" and continue to receive the quality that you have provided in the past, than have you continue to cut corners and reduce the Seabourn experience to that no better than other semi luxury cruise lines. Step Up and Forward, not backwards.

This was our first Seabourn cruise and we have scheduled another to Iceland later this year. We have been on more than 30 cruises and this was the best so far. Food, service and accommodations were a cut above. All this comes at a cost, but well worth it.

We started off the cruise fairly disappointed in the food and service in the Observation Bar, but the longer we were on the boat and had great service from other staff, we felt better about the overall experience.

Nice week long cruise. I really wish it was longer.

We had an excellent time and enjoyed the ports as well as the ship. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable cruise.

We were excited about this itinerary but overall our expectations were not met & so disappointed in staff services, guest services, & overall shore excursion experiences as compared to previous Seabourn cruises and other luxury cruise lines.

It is clear that Seabourn and all the Carnival umbrella lines (Cunard too) have suffered greatly as a result of their responses to COVID by letting most if not all of their experienced staff go. The level of service and expertise has plummeted and cruisers should not expect the same levels of service they experienced before COVID

We really loved the cruise, and will probably be spoiled forever as this is our first real cruise and I can't see things being better! . The food and service was absolutely outstanding. The only negative was the wifi was not good at all. Even in port which I would think could be switched over to cellular versus satellite connection. We worked with them about it and it did not get better. This may be the way all cruise lines are but we thought it would be better and we cannot fully unplug so that part was disappointing. We definitely would go with Seabourn again.

Very good experience with ship - staff- food an beverage - service culture

Cruise was excellent and plan to sail on Seaborne again. Ports were disappointing due to poverty. The Panama Canal was amazing! Excursions were not great. The food, entertainment and staff were excellent!

This was a family cruise. It was also our first cruise. Everyone had a great time and we highly recommend Seabourn for the ship, staff and excursions. We will look to cruise with them again.

Seabourn goes above and beyond to cater to needs and making the cruise a most memorable experience.

The one adjective I use as a criterion is Memorable. All of our past cruises with Seabourn (4) were memorable; this one was not. Staffing on new Ovation was below normal and seemed less experienced than staff on the Odyssey-class ships. Service was not prompt. Worse than that, the excursions were below par compared to past experience with Seabourn.

Great new ship. Easy to get around. The caviar was the best.

Liverpool, Dublin, Belfast and Edinburgh were all cities where Hop On Hop Off buses were available to explore the city, and this proved an excellent way to see as much of each one as was practical, with plenty of opportunities to take good photos. The smaller towns were fun to explore on foot, and very interesting too. Dundee, in Scotland, had opened its brand-new and already famous Museum of Design 11 days before our visit, and it was a thrill to visit it. We've now got a much better feel for the historical complexities which gave rise to the union of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and found the people there to be very friendly.

Loved the cruise, I think the best of the three we've taken with Seabourn in the last seven years.

Was a wonderful trip - the ship and itinerary did not disappoint. This was my first Seabourn cruise and I am sold! Ovation just put to sea in the spring and some of the crew are still finding their feet perhaps, but nothing major wrong at all. I am ready for my next sail on Ovation.
