Wonderful Baltic Cruise by cwyman12

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Seabourn Ovation / Destination: Europe - Northern Europe

This was a family cruise. It was also our first cruise. Everyone had a great time and we highly recommend Seabourn for the ship, staff and excursions. We will look to cruise with them again.

OK, not great by Emoylv

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Seabourn Ovation / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

The one adjective I use as a criterion is Memorable. All of our past cruises with Seabourn (4) were memorable; this one was not. Staffing on new Ovation was below normal and seemed less experienced than staff on the Odyssey-class ships. Service was not prompt. Worse than that, the excursions were below par compared to past experience with Seabourn.

Take the excursion to Moscow if you are on the Baltic cruise. Also, the Restaurant was great, staff and crew also deserve our praise.

If you enjoy champagne, they'll bring you caviar, too! Just ask.

The evening before a port day, get a map and information at Seabourn Square about the place you're about to visit.
