We were excited about this itinerary but overall our expectations were not met & so disappointed in staff services, guest services, & overall shore excursion experiences as compared to previous Seabourn cruises and other luxury cruise lines.

The Restaurant & Thomas Keillor overall were very good and drinks good, buffets average. Overall the service was not as good as on previous Seabourn cruises & always seemed understaffed.
Onboard Activities

Pool area is nice but not covered so cannot be enjoyed in less than optimal conditions. Onboard activities poor as to variety or interest.
Entertainment

Excellent entertainment & cruise director Loulu was fabulous.
Service and Staff

Room stewards very good but as above this did not seem as well serviced or staffed as compared to previous Seabourn cruises. Also there seemed to be less organizational structure. And guest services personnel were abysmal.
Also, we felt it unwise for captain to decide to continue up Norwegian coast inspite of worst North Sea storm in 25 years.
