It was great ! The elevators not working , waiting for elevators which were really slow on top of 2 that weren’t working and slow serving dinner

Great cruise just know that a lot of stuff is an extra cost. The app does not work well. The staff is great, the food is amazing, and the talent is wonderful.

Fun cruise - our first without kids along. Plenty of activities to keep folks busy, and if you just wanted to "kick back"…not a problem.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful the cruise was. We were very happy with all aspects Princess out of Galveston. From the 10 minute embarkation to the tours, food and entertainment. So much fun we signed up for another Princess cruise out of Galveston.

This cruise was for our 25 year wedding anniversary. The cruise line made our trip very wonderful and even sang to us at dinner time on our anniversary. All of the staff was excellent. One of the best services we have experience in all of our cruises. Still the only compliant I would have is Princess or the Ruby ship needs to have more entertainment during the day for the guest.

Met a lot of people and they were mostly our age (45-75). Many had cruised many time and we got a lot of information about other cruises and cruise lines. All recommended Princess as the best. They provide the most and best service and food.

It was a great cruise over all. We had a relaxing time.

This was a fantastic experience. We needed to get away and de-stress and this cruise let us do that. Room service and breakfast on the balcony was excellent and romantic. Even though it was a bit older crowd than expected, our fellow cruisers were all super friendly and social. We will definitely sail Princess again.

First Princess cruise. First Suite. Won't be the last of either. Shame about the weather but we made the best of it. First two excursions were worthwhile. Third not so much.

I have never sailed out of Galveston before, and have never sailed in January before. the days to and from the "Ports of Call" were cold, no laying in the sun on a deck chair soaking up the rays. Four cold days out of seven makes me question sailing in January.

What is with the no spoon policy? Menus like Carnival without the favorites you can always get on Carnival. We have not been on Carnival for several months -- but, as far as I know Carnival still has spoons. This is why I say: "food worst than Carnival"

I enjoyed the cruise overall. I paid extra for internet which did not work. Tred contacting the cruise line multiple times. However, they did not resolve the issue or refund the internet service. Food was okay, i tend to eat healthy, so i was a little disappointed. But for the typical person the food is great.

Medallion tracks you 24/7 HATE IT! Want assigned dining place and time.

Great itinerary. I was expecting more from Princess. Maybe the ship was too old. And maybe because we have a lot to compare with. We had a good time anyway.

EMBARKTATION WAS AWFUL!!! PRINCESS DROPPED THE BALL BY NOT NOTIFYING PASSENGERS OF THE PORT CHANGE. PRINCESS STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL AND DID NOT ACCOMADATE US AS HANDICAPPED ALTHOUGH OUR PROFILE INDICATED WE NEEDED 2 WHEELCHAIR TRANSPORTS. THE PORT AUTHORITY WAS SIMPLY HORRENDOUS AND ONLY PROVIDED 6 PORTERS. ONE PRINCESS STAFFER TOLD US WE HAD TO TRANSPORT OUR OWN BAGS (4) AND PUSH OUR AMBULATORY AND WALK WITH CANES. I ALSO OVERED SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS OF PRODUCT FROM THE SPA AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT-ALTHOUGH PRINCESS HAS CHARGED ME FOR THE PRODUCTS. DON’T THINK I WILL EVER TRAVEL PRINCESS AGAIN UNLESS SOMETHING CHANGES. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED FOR THE SPA PRODUCTS I ORDEERED AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED!!!

we will come back! Food, crew, service and cleanliness are superb

It was a very memorable experience for our first cruise with Princess. Will definitely check out their other cruises.
