This was my first cruise, we cruised to Tasmania 6 night return trip to Sydney. The staff on the Ruby where amazingly polite so helpful and entertaining also.

It was something that I will not forget for a long time because of the people and cruise staffs, who just simply had fun.

Couldn’t fault this cruise really, as always staff were amazing and everything as expected. Only comment would be need shows and entertainment sometimes aimed at younger generations

Hi trip was OK, but a lot of little issues stopped us from putting deposit on future cruise – It started at beginning – not given cabin number till couple days of sailing, then week later in Vancouver having to move a few cabins up the hall?Re cabin my wife and I hit head or shoulder on bed hanging on wall a few times. Accepted captain’s invite to cocktail party, asked a few passing waiters for a drink(our first) none returned- a message of this was put in captain’s dropbox, we never got a reply, we didn’t bother going to the next FREE cocktail party.At Victoria port we were told about the beautiful gardens – hard to see when you arrive at 7pm. , for other ports the imfo sheet listed many sites, but most were outside the map supplied?We privately booked a -Hop on Hop off at Honolulu, found our way to town and collected tickets( where told because Princess didn’t get enough booking, Hop onHop off, wont invited to the port.)It’s the little thing you remember. I was really disappointed with this cruise from embarkation until disembarkation. I’ve been on the Ruby before and totally enjoyed it but this was more like a cattle ship cruise. Waiters were either new or unfriendly. Dining room was noisy and slow so we went up to the Lido, which was mediocre at best. Service was very poor. I have two more cruises with Princess booked, one out of Quebec and the other a world cruise, but if the Quebec Cruise is like this one I’m cancelling the World cruise. I pity the people who continued on the Hawaii and Australia.

Overall enjoyed my 3 day cruise, decent food. Ship is very nice. Plenty of chairs at all the pools, staff did a very good job.

Lots of sea days which made the cruise nice and easy. Nice ship, good service, entertaining good except for comedians. Lots to do on board, really enjoyed cruise.

This was a great cruise. Loved all the sea days. The ship and crew were great. Everything went as planned except for the LA late arrival.

Great cruise! We even booked a southbound Alaska cruise same time next year.

I had a great time and wouldn't hesitate in doing it again.

Great cruise. A little disappointed that the temps were so high this year. Didn’t give the normal allure.

Alaska ports are amazing. Beautiful weather, met lovely people on board the ship, and in the ports.

We had fun. Food was not great. Employees were awesome. Cruise director Dan and his staff were amazing and fun!!!
