Always someone to answer questions and help. Made accommodations when needed. My wine was easily transferred from our usual dining restaurant to a specialty restaurant and back in a blink of an eye.
Ship Quality

Easy to get around, love the walking level around whole ship, deck 7, great to walk outside after breakfast, the bar area at top back, level 19, is perfect for daytime reading, cards, and at night a great place to party, drink and dance. Always clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Inside cabin, center of ship on Caribe deck, always clean and ready, never bothered if we stayed in bed late. Courteous staff. My knee was swollen and the steward kept my ice bucket filled!
Quick stop, church, then rented a car to tour island, sad that Pali lookout was closed, but overall a beautiful drive through the countryside and on the coastline
Wonderful slow paced, Went on a one hour boat ride around bay, swam with sharks and rays, then bus ride up mountain for fabulous but rainy view of double bay, Bali Hi, the land was beautiful.
