Did not visit any specialty restaurants. Service was a bit slow sometimes with the wait staff, but otherwise the wait staff was very good. Food and drinks were fine.
Onboard Activities

Not as many activities as I hoped for that was "free". There were several activities where you knew that they were going to try to sell you something (i.e. jewelry, casino, spa services). The best activities were during the evening hours.
Entertainment

Saw some of the comedians - they were good. Saw one production, wish it was a bit longer to get the whole story (heard that the production show was shortened for the cruise).

Service was sometimes slow but otherwise excellent. Our coffee guy Dusan from Serbia took excellent care of us.
Ship Quality

Maria, our room service was always polite, always waved and smiled at us whenever she saw us coming to our room. She always had our room ready for us. I have no complaints about her.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was an obstructed view with a life boat. However, we were still able to look out from the side of it. It was smaller than expected, but had plenty of room in the closet. The toilet was next to the shower and if you were a taller person, your leg would be in the shower.
I wish we had longer time to visit and that the ship would arrive earlier in the day. I did not like that we arrived at dusk and it was dark pretty much the entire time we were there. There was some protesting going on near the Empress hotel, but otherwise peaceful.
Not as fast as our Embark and there was only one elevator going to the rental car company, which their office was closed at their designated place so we had to go to another location to get our rental (we drove home from Vancouver BC to Portland OR). The lines were long, but found our luggage fairly easily.
