Review summary

Really not the cruises fault BUT because of low water levels, the ship was unable to go through the Tracy Arm Fjord.  I felt like that was part of what we thought we paid for.  I think it is interesting that this is the obvious highlight of the cruise because that is in the name of the trip so that was hard to swallow.  The boat was nice, things on board was catered more so to an older clientele.  It was certainly cold so dress warm.  Very clean. Loved our mini suite.... balcony was great!!  We did a mini suite and not super impressed with our cleaning lady but that is minimal.  Overall, good time except not the inside passage part.  No indoor pool... negative.  Pool heated but indoors makes sense considering this is Alaska.   Serenity Spa area under the work out gym......VERY LOUD.  That didn't make a lot of sense.  Ended up canceling membership after 1st try because SUPER NOISEY.  Spa personnel was AWESOME!  We spent too much money there.... way more than expected.

Cleaning lady would come in an re-organize our stuff. My husband hated that he would put things in one spot and she would move it.
