Seapass credits(on board cruise) credits

Sail Date: May 24, 2015

Room Type: Suite

The $125.00 in SeaPass/on board cruise credits as per Karen Buford were to be available 21 days prior to sailing.  I called on 05/22/15 at 7pm, which is two days before departure,  and according to Karen(not Buford) at Princess Cruise Lines and Gayle at they at first could not find the $125.00 in credits from , but they could find the $100.00 from Princess Cruise Lines.  Finally after a conference call between the three of us they both said the $125.00 in credits from did show up in Princess Cruise Lines records.  Not a pleasant experience.  In addition, on 05/24/15, day of departure the $125.00 in credits did NOT show up in Princess Cruise Lines records.  It took until the next day for the $125.00 in credits to show up In Princess Cruise Lines records.  Definitely not a good showing as far as I am concerned.  Frank Jones.
