The only issues we had were with dinner reservations in the main dining hall. But we were able to get in without one. The wifi was mediocre at best. And room service was not reliable at all. We received 7/12 orders. . With that in mind we also had a full ship of guests 3,500 people. So i could imagine the staff was a bit overwhelmed. Nothing turned our trip sour. It was great overall.

The princess line of cruises is definitely targeting an older audience. I call it "summer camp for the second half of life". Not a ton for kids to do, but when kids are with a multi-generational group, together you can have fun no matter what.

We loved cruising and would cruise again in a heartbeat! The Royal Princess experience was a cut above other cruises we've taken. We loved traveling on the "Love Boat" and especially enjoyed the ship's horns playing the Love Boat theme song as we departed port. Room service was TOP OF THE LINE!!!

A cruise a lot and would rate this one slightly above average. Nothing bad, nothing exceptional. Great itinerary and time in port.

I had heard great things about Princess Cruises. Not sure if it is the losses they incurred with the pandemic, or something else, but I will not cruise with them again unless I read about big improvements.

Maui whale watching was the highlight. As always Princess is a top cruise line.

Highly reccommended cruise, especially if you live in the Bay Area. Although we prefer the veranda, cruising can be an very affordable form of travel vaction without the need to pack and upack multiple time, grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning. We also highly reccommend the unlimited wifi, drink, specialty dining and pre-paid gratuity options.

Great overall experience. I would recommend updating cabins. Loved the dining room food for dinner, Sabotini's specialty restaurant, and Alfredo's pizza. The buffet was good but catered to Asian food. Entertainment was great. I thought the production shows were particularly good.

I will come back with my whole family next time to experience this beautiful cruise.

Getting off the ship was a breeze. Finding my bag amongst the chaos of was not. But, found it and got to airport in plenty of time.

This was the very first time making a cruise trip an it was a wonderful experience. For many years I wanted to go to Puerto Vallarta, Manzanillo, Mazatlán, and Cabo San Lucas and now I was able to do it in jus one trip. It was wonderful.

We were looking forward to our well deserved and over due vacation but there were a few disappointments with the services and cutting our cruise short back home.

Great cruise. I would not go over the Christmas holidays again. Too many children.

15 days was a bit long, food was good, we had a few concerns.

The ship was very nice but the staff was amazing!!! Without the stop in Mexico, it made for too many sea days in a row.

Our experience is nothing short of amazing. All the crew we had a pleasure interacting with went out if their way to ensure we are having the great time.. we never felt so loved! We’d like to give an extra shout out to: 1. Our cabin steward, Ivan, was such a blessing, if I can bring a souvenir home, that would be him. Kidding aside, we are really grateful because he took very good care of us. I wouldn’t ask for anyone else. 2. Jonel and the rest of his ShorEx team. I don’t know how they do it but they made every tour super seamless. We also love their presentation — it was clear, concise, and honest. We heard nothing but all positive feedbacks from our co-guests who we went on tours with us. 3. My husband and I would also like to thank Jun at the bar, he made our 15th year anniversary extra special. Jun made us the best cocktail we ever had. 4. Karla at the captain’s circle is super informative and took the time to explain to us the benefits of being in the Captain’s circle. She is super approachable and friendly. 5. Thanks to Ronnel at the Crown Grille, we see wines a little different now. He elevated our taste for wines, for sure. 6. Our servers, Boyad, at Crown Grille, Ivan at Sabatini’s, Mesail at Allegro, and Jackson at Alfredo’s, really know what they were talking about, they described the dishes to us with extreme precision and made sure we were enjoying our meal. They gave us very good recommendations and they were very attentive throughout the whole service. 7. The staff at Horizon Court and Bistro were the best. They kept us fed and hydrated. The servers were very prompt, friendly, and professional. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Gio of Horizon Court, I am super happy whenever I see him because he was able to anticipate my food preference. 8. Migz and Faye at the photo gallery were super accommodating. They give precise instructions to get that perfect angle. Thank you for making me look thinner on my photos 😉. 9. All the crew are awesome and would go an extra mile to make guests feel special. If there’s one service that I felt a little bland was when I went to the Future Cruises desk. Kimberlee wasn’t bad but it felt like she was just doing the bare minimum. We went to meet her ready and excited to book our next cruise but decided to just put in the deposit since we didn’t really fee like our energies are on the same page. I guess we were just expecting too much since the other crew has set the bar high. We will definitely cruise again with Princess and we are looking forward to our next one!

This was our first cruise and it was amazing in every way. At the same time, there is a problem with an unclear charge of $100 at the end. I would appreciate it if you would contact me to explain this. We tried to contact you without success. Thanks

We anticipated a relaxing get away and that’s what we got. We can’t wait to take another cruise on the Royal Princess. It is especially nice since we live in the San Francisco Bay Area, so it is very convenient for us.
