Review summary

I was NOT a Royal Caribbean from an awful experience I had on a formal cruise on the Allure some years back. I have since changed my mind about the company. You have definitely improved in customer service because your company rated way below average in that department in my book.

Every single person at Pier 91 gave outstanding customer service from the port employees to Th Royal Caribbean staff. It was outstanding!!

The dining room experience made my trip...I want to give special recognition to Renato, Heera, Ikomang, and Maria in the My Time American ICON dining room. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT they made my dining experience amazing. They went over and above to make sure I was taking care off. I didn't go to any specialty restaurants for dinner because i wanted to see my wait staff for my time dining. I made reservations every night ahead of time which I found really helpful in planning my activities. They truly made my Alaskan cruise my best cruise yet. I'm going on an Alaskan cruise next August on NCL and I will compare the 2 companies. I hope your company gets a 5 star in the end.
