Our room was right next to the solarium, down one deck. We could occasionally hear people dragging lounge chairs across the floor on the deck above us. With that rare occurrence, our room was very quiet. On our balcony, people on the observation deck outside the solarium could see most of our balcony, so there wasn’t a lot of privacy.

Bring magnet hook and clips for the walls. Shop is easy to navigate. Speciality restaurants need some work on working with the guest. Morning hot tubs in the solarium are worth the view but bring you sun glasses

Plenty of seating by main pools but indoor pool and solarium seating would fill quick so you need to get there early or at off times. I'm sure some of this had to do with venue being Alaska

Book a deck halfway up the ship - it's nearly impossible to use the elevators on this ship due to crowding and the number of elderly/wheelchair bound passengers on an Alaskan Cruise. Halfway up means you're only climbing 5-6 flights to go up or down.

Add hdmi access to television in cabin, we understand you want us to pay $10 to rent a movie but that will upset your guests as it's very blatant what you're trying to do with that.

Make reservations for North Star early on port days if you want the free experience. I advise early reservations for RipCord as well.

Be aggressive and rude. In the Buffett people act like they have never eaten, they will knock you over steal your table. Forget using the Sunna as the same 8-10 people stay in them all day. Activity seats are always being held.
