Review summary

We took all our children and grandchildren, which was a great time for all of us to be together. Made some great memories.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
When arriving at designated time, we easily embarked on the ship with little difficulty. Cabin ready when promised and luggage promptly arrived.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
We had a set time and table with an amazing team serving us in the main dinning room I Wayan and Putu did great in knowing our individual likes and dislikes as well as attending to us. Buffet, well crowded and it is a buffet so what can you say.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Lots of variety of activities, especially geared toward younger people and families. The entertainment crew did not communicate well about the activities and they seemed pressured to get through them.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Only went to one show that was billed as a cabaret. I would not recommend. It appeared to be recorded singing, heavy on technology generated visuals, could barely hear the vocalists and it was a disjointed theme throughout the performance. Dancers were definitely good, but never did get the jest of the program. Was not a cabaret show.

Children's Programs

No kids

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff worked hard to see that the cabin was taken care of, wait staff great, and guest services staff was helpful when needed.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It is a large ship so there was a lot of walking. At busy times, elevators were crowded, but well maintained and clean ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Nice layout, well kept as wer were toward the aft, but low level of noise and balcony good. One issue we had was the chair on the deck. They were positioned oddly which provided no support, you could not sit upright and very uncomfortable positioning. Had to take all the pillows out to place on the back in order to sit without hurting you back due to positioning.

Ship tip

This is a young family and kid friendly and designed ship. Expect a lot of children, teens, and young families.

Easily took our bags off the ship and made it to the airport in record time for us.
