Review summary
The whole reason of booking with a company like was to avoid exactly what happened...walking into my cabin for the first time, going to my balcony and seeing nothing but a huge ugly yellow lifeboat in my way. We wound up covering the balcony with our luggage so we wouldn't be disappointed each time we looked out the balcony. I understand that i paid for a balcony guarantee room, and that this could be a possibility. But my original cabin was not obstructed at all...i know this for a fact because we wound up speaking to the people that wound up getting this room in the end.Embarkation
