Review summary

Would not book this again as felt for the money was extremely overpriced. We very much enjoyed seeing what we did and most of the staff very friendly. Issues besides overpriced is lack of enough staff to have things run smoothly, and any issues they seemed to not be able to deal with or rectify.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Decent but lost luggage issues, paid for options did not receive

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Less staff in main dining areas thus longer wait times and less quality of service. Food had very little variety and was standard.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Fitness center nice and clean Pool(s) tiny/small amount and packed for ship size Most activities cost $

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Musicians good at a variety of types/genre of music. Stage shows turned us off with political slants added in unnecessarily.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
Teens enjoyed having a common place to meet

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Room steward-excellent Waiters-about half excellent and about half average to poor-main dining room definitely under staffed Customer Service-average to below Cruise Next-poor

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Well maintained ship-it is new

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Good cabin Beds comfortable Refrigerator broken-took 3 days and much follow up to get replaced Mini-bar confused we were charged as those all included in our package-worked with customer service several times yo resolve.

Ship tip

Be ready yo have extra charges. Do not book CruiseNext unless you are absolutely sure and have a knowledgeable and experienced staff helping you.
