Much needed R&R. Weather always plays a big factor in cruising and we were blessed with great days!

Will not sail on Norwegian again. It has the basic elements of a cruise (clean cabin, food and entertainment) but missing many extras.

Norwegian failed to give us our complimentary room upgrade (as Diamond Lattitude members) which we had requested. Told us no rooms available and to submit a cash request which they accepted. Cruise Next will lie to you and claim you'll get the upgrade free, but Corporate Norwegian won't grant it. Company is based on a series of marketing lies and misconceptions. Don't fall for it.

If you’re younger, solo traveler, looking to meet people your age. Don’t book this ship. Book a bigger boat, for 7 days or less in the Caribbean. Not enough time ashore in any given port. If you did an excursion, that’s all the time there was before setting sail again. Crew is overworked, and should get some time to visit ports, or look out a window.

All the ports were industrial with no where to go unless you took a NCL excursion. The little towns were full of trash every where. Peru is the filthiest place I've ever been.

a good, very expensive, pricey cruise. Lima Peruvain Paso excursion was fantastic.!! Captain brought use safely to port. Thank you! I would have liked more weather information about winds and expected sea state. He spoke the absolute minimum.

This ship is older however it was clean and staff was super friendly. It's not for children this is an adult venue due to the size of the ship. It was relaxing.

Very nice ship and itinerary. Not fussy, but comfortable.

The cruise could have better hours at port, early morning until 12 noon is not enough. That was disappointing. The time in the ship was excellent, the crew were awesome. The restaurants were excellent, but could use more ethnic food, specially mediterranean options like kabobs.

This cruise should of left a day later inorder to arrive during the day in San Juan. Also, the ship would of arrived after Christmas which would of gave people a better visit.

Great itinerary. Saw most of the Virgin Islands if only for a short time. Had 5 days of r&r cruising on the ship to and from.

This cruise was OK. Just seemed that ship was NOT as well as oiled machine as with past cruises.

Everything was great except cruise director's choices to make everything 1960's and 1970's music. Comedian sucked too. Food was excellent. Ports were excellent. Staff was excellent. Ship was very clean and for it's size very well planned out and layed out. Pool was fun. Hot tubs were actually hot!

I, like many of the people we met and talked to, have no plans on cruising on the Sun in the future. Left a very bad taste in our mouths.

We affectionately called this the geriatric cruise. We saw more wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, canes, etc. than we have ever seen on a ship. That said, all the staff were lovely, and we had a great time. We're both around 60 and felt half our age because of our mobility compared to many. My husband felt like a good Samaritan on more than one occasion helping someone into their room or an elevator. I think the clientele was because of the timing... before kids had their winter break.

Ship was overall very clean. Fitness center was fine but a bit small (gym should have been expanded into the overly large adjacent aerobic studio). Entertainment was high school quality and not professional quality I expected. Food was OK, but most meat dishes were very tough, including strip steak and filet mignon.

Would like to travel at different time of year so the to and from port is not so rough.

Worst cruise. Will never cruise with Norwegian again, will not use BJ again, will not leave from Baltimore again. Don’t do Bermuda after August.

Repositioning cruise great to fulfill bucket list to say you have been there, but there were no passport stamps to prove it. NCL return flights not designed for comfort with red eye timelines. Return flights were 9 hours after airport arrival. Turned out to be a been there cruise; rather than, one creating excitement to do again. Friendships with fellow Christian’s established was a blessing.

Overall a great cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary
