Review summary

Norwegian failed to give us our complimentary room upgrade (as Diamond Lattitude members) which we had requested. Told us no rooms available and to submit a cash request which they accepted. Cruise Next will lie to you and claim you'll get the upgrade free, but Corporate Norwegian won't grant it. Company is based on a series of marketing lies and misconceptions. Don't fall for it.

older ship, nice Spinnaker Lounge up front, lack of Asian restaurant, no O'Sheehans. Decent pool sizes, but as always, can't get a seat at pool unless you get up at 5.00Am and go put your gear on a lounge chair.

Oceanview w/Picture window, cramped. had a 2 seat lounge chair which was entire too big for the cabin.

Received my complimentary cabin upgrade for a 21 night cruise on the Encore in 2023 without incident. I went from a standard balcony to a balcony suite. Sorry to hear your travel agent wasn't able to work out the cabin upgrade for you.

Sorry, but this seems more of a complaint against the booking desk than a review. Thousands, probably hundreds of thousands, would wish for the chance to sail the Panama canal and see ports that most don't even know existed. And you gave it all a two-star experience. And, no one should have to tell a diamond pinnacle cruiser that there's always better cruise lines than the mainstream selections.

Wow, I am shocked that your itinerary only rated 2 stars. I can see being disappointed in your ship, but the itinerary sounds wonderful. Matter of fact, we just book a similar cruise from Ft Lauderdale to Santiago, Chile in 2025. Different cruise line though. Hope we have better luck!
