Review summary

If you have not go to Alaska cruise, I would recommended go one in your life time, to know the beauty of Alaska

Embarkation

2 out of 5
The line was too long to check-in and not enough staff working.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Dinner on the main dining rooms food was ok, but service for 2 hrs for dinner little bit too long. All dining rooms, specialty restaurants and buffets are ALL CLOSE by 9:30pm. No late night snack :-(

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Pools too cold, no rock-climbing walls, basket ball to windy and cold

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Entertainment comedy and musicians re-run the same for two times, shows are boring

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All are very good, from waiters to room stewards, they always have smile on their face and said hi or hello

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Good, compare to other cruise I have go

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Just okay for sleep. The bed: they put 2 twin bed together to make queen size bed, have little bit problem is the line in the middle of the bed, at night your arm or elbow kind of fall in between the 2 beds

Ship tip

NCL Sun is cheap if you want to spend less money
