My sister and I had a blast with the other cruisers! Most of the food was excellent and the most of the staff were very personable. It was nice to have a wide variety of activities as well. I would definitely take this cruise again!

The ship was beautiful, with a great staff. We had a balcony room that was very nice. Comfortable bed, ample closet space and the bathroom was a nice size. Do not forget to bring a converter for electircal appliances!It took me forever to dry my hair. The balcony is quite small, yet was ample for the two of us. Entertainment on the ship was OK. Nice theater, very comfortable. Dining varied. Buffet was typical considering other cruises we have been on. Lunch in the Windows dining room was always pleasant. Dinner in the main dining rooms varied from excelent to mediocre. Additional dining options came with a fee. We had dinner at the Bistro. Excellent!! This cost an additional $30.00 for the two of us. Fellow cruisers enjoyed Cagney"s Steakhouse very much. The Italian restaurant option was rated mediocre by those who chose this option. Activities on the ship were varied. Those that were most deisrable came with a fee. This was dissapointing. Bingo fees over the top, yet we did choose to play. Nice casino, bt do not expect to win, just enjoy as an additional ativity. Small pool but pleasant.

The ship was nice. It was clean. The staff was friendly. We loved the the kids pool, Bucccaneer's Wet & Wild, if the kids were not at the pool they were in the NCL's Kid's Crew program. It was a fun time.

A very positive cruise experience. embarkation and debarkation easiest and most efficient compared to all previous times. staff friendly and helpful. food good to excellent. did not sample many theme restaurants-we were somewhat annoyed by surcharges ranging from moderately high to quite high. wine list decent but price ranges moderate to high--comparable to four star restaurants in Boston (and unlike previous cruise price point. Evening entertainment varies and professional. cabin facility comfortable (a king size bed)j--cabin service very good to excellent--24 hour rm service a plus. ship carried full complement of 2100 plus psgrs but we never felt over crowded. bermuda always great but Hamilton looking a little shop worn. Would recommend this cruise to all ages--a good value.

My ship was very impressive. There was a great waterslide pool for my 8 and 9 year old to enjoy. They also loved the basketball court and golfing range on the upper deck. The kids center was wonderful and the girls that worked there were amazing. There was plenty of room for everyonel to relax on a beach chair, stroll along the decks or sit for a delicious meal! The staff was so friendly and eager to please.

THIS SHIP WAS CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL BUT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. THE FFOOD WAS TERRIBLE BECAUSE IT WAS ALWAYS COLD EVEN AT THE BUFFET.tHE SHOPS HAD ATTENDANTS THAT WERE ACTUALLY QUITE RUDE AND ARROGANT. wE HAD AGOOD TIME ONLY BECAUSE WE MADE OUR OWN GOOD TIME. I HAVE BEEN ON AS MANY AS 20 CRUISES AND MY RELATIVE AND FRIENDS CALL ME AFTER A CRUISE TO SEE IF I WOULD RECOMMEND THE CRUISE TO THEM, I WOULD NOT RE COMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

The ship design was unique and very modern. The people on the ship were rude and unfriendly.

My overall experience was good, but a problem with onboard credit remains unsolved. When I booked with BJ's, I was told I'd receive $25 onboard credit from Norwegian Cruise Line. I only received $12.50 credit. I brought this problem to the attention of the NCL customer service onboard, and even showed them the print-out from BJ's. They said they checked with BJ's and only got authorization for $12.50. So there was some miscommunication somewhere, and I was out $12.50 as agreed upon. This should be reimbursed to my credit card, or a check sent to me from BJ's.

It was packed with people--over booked. There was not enough to do. I don't gamble and they pushed the Bingo too much. Teens have nothing to do activity wise. Arcade was boring and out of date. Most of the staff do not speak English and only understand a little.

The last cruise I took was 16 yrs. ago on Royal Caribbean. NCL has a long way to go to meet the excellent service, food, and entertainment of that cruise line. If I cruise again in the future, it would not be on NCL as I think there are alot better lines out there.

Ship was very well appointed. East to get around and well laid out. Food variety was excellent compared to other Norwegian cruise ships we have sailed on. Crew is very attentive to special needs of passengers with handicaps.

The ship was nice although as is the case with any "pack em in tight" cruise these days it was very crowded. I was happy with our cabin size (inside cabin) and our bathroom/shower was larger than I expected. The ship has a number of nice features but I didn't utilize many of them due to the constant crowd using each feature. I hadn't sailed with NCL before and had assumed they were a higher tier cruise line, but alas now that I've experienced them I would say they are in the same league as Carnival. The embarkation and disembarkation process was well organized and relatively painless considering the fact that they have to get 2000 people and their luggage on board and off again in a short amount of time.

The ship was clean and safe. There were no carpet or floor stains and the public areas were clean. The decor had an Chinese theatre feel, but the colors were modern and fun. The staterooms were adquate considering it is a cruise ship with limited space.

This was our first time on NCL, we've been on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity before. The ship itself was nice enough with the usual amenities. WE found the food wait staff to be universally slow; slow enough that it was annoying. One more than one occasion, we had to ask when our orders were coming out. This was true if we were in the main dinning room or in one of the specialty, extra charge restaurants. We dined in the specialty steak restaurant. It was more like Outback than The Capital Grill. The Asian restaurant was good, not exceptional. The best was the French Bistro, validated by the fact that the ship's officers were dinning there as well. The ship experience was no so wonderful that I would want to do it again when going to Bermuda. I'd fly and spend more time on the beach

The cruise was great. My husband and I had a good time. Everyone on board was very kind and helpful. The port of call was Bermuda and it was beautiful. When i booked my cruise I was promised $200 on board credit by the travel agent through Alaska Airlines Cruises .com and I did not receive that!!! I sat on the phone with them for 2 hours to try and resolve this problem and all I got was " we will call you when you get home to see what we can do for you." I'm still waiting for that call from them so I'm not sure if they will honor what their agent said or not. It was done over the phone and ia email. On all my paperwork that I have it just says book now and recieve up to $500 . They reason they said they wouldn't give it to us is because we used a military discount package and that voids any promos. !!??

The Criuse was Covenient, I live about 20 min. from the Terminal,Plenty of eating options, Plenty of Bars also

People who have been on other cruises will find it very ordinary. Bermuda was great. Beautiful beaches! Do not miss snorkeling. Get your own snorkeling kit before you get on the ship; it will save you some money. Paul Scally, the cruise director is awesome. The Second City, the comedy troupe was hilarious! George Satiriale, the magician was also great. Food sucks in this ship so much, you won't believe it. Go to Blue Lagoon Cafe (Deck 7) for some freshly made buffalo chicken wings, strips and hamburgers. The Windows and the Garden Restaurant are both are pretty bad. The chocolate party was great though.

Friendly staff. good layout. good available deck chairs would not use or recommend Vacation Outlet in the future

We liked the ship very much. The Asian decor was beautiful.
