Review summary

All in all I was disappointed in the ship because it is so "worn down" with holes in the upholstery in the night club and the most uncomfortable seats in the theater. I chose the cruise because of the ports, but was very dissatisfied with the ship.

Not many venue. No view in Champagne Charlies....fun bartenders but lousy seating. Difficult to schedule specialty restaurants. Main dining was good food and service.

Rarely saw anyone cleaning handrails on stairs. Tables in theater on 8th floor were VERY DIRTY every time we went to a show. Reported to Customer Relations...nothing done. Both my husband and I were sick by the end of the cruise and missed being able to go on our last port excursion....we were charged for the excursion anyway.

Very small room. The pipe under our sink leaked the entire cruise. Reported to cabin attendant....no repair done.

I was on this ship in late March for an 11 day Mediterranean cruise and loved it, I would go back.

We were on this shop in June to Iceland also and we had a fabulous time. The food in the buffet was always delicious. We had no complaints. We were on one of the best itineraries in the world. 5 stars to ncl spirit
