Review summary

Extremely disappointing. Food was below par. Never got our latitudes welcome letter, no cocktail party, ship is in major need of upgrades and new chefs! Was an expensive disappointment.

Entire deck 11 leaked the whole trip. Water backed up over an inch on the floor in our bathroom. Called front desk for help and phone rang 27 times before they answered!

Interesting that you went to multiple ports most people would love to go to and you say nothing about them but your main issues are you didn’t get a welcome letter, cocktail party and weren’t happy with some of the food. Those seem like very minor issues to still be upset about.

I was on ncl spirit in Marxh and April and had a completely different experience.

Most people would have died to experience this itinerary, and yet you said nothing about all of those amazing places. On my very first cruise our bathroom had a leak that soaked our carpets. Disappointing yes, but did it ruin our trip. Heck no. We had a great time, met lifelong friends, and continue to see the world, one cruise at a time.

You visited 12 wonderful ports and all you have to discuss is that you didn’t get a Welcome Letter, Cocktail Party and the ship wasn’t up to your standards? You must have an amazing life with no issues if those are the things that upset you.
