I highly recommend this cruise. The staff was very friendly always making sure you had everything you needed, what the best part was they always had a smile on their faces. The entertainment was very good too always keeping people laughing and dancing everybody in that ship was very talented. The food was delicious, big variety of food everyday and anytime. Breakfast food was good all 3 days, clean and the service by the staff was awesome. For lunch not only they served the buffet but also had a cook out every day with different meals. Dinner a 3 course meal was my favorite. For all three the lines were always fast and short. The ship as well as my room and other facilities were always clean. My room was made twice a day and the housekeeper always left cute animals made out of towels, he was very friendly and cater to all of our needs. Overall I recommend Sky 100% I will be booking more trips with them.

Had a great time on this short cruise, even with tropical storm Erica in our path. The ships captian and team did an incredible job keeping the ship clear of the storm and if sunshine was available in the Carribean he found it. The only real bad thing on this short cruise was the quality of the food at the buffet and main dining room (was really, really bad). If you can, go the the specialty restaurants...Le Bistro is worth the extra $19.99 a person.

This was the worst vacation of my life. My husband and I, along with a close friend took some much needed time off of work for a vacation with Norwegian cruise line. Once we got to our first destination, my husband and I, along with our close friend, proceeded to go on our first island excursion. Unfortunately, the bus we were on along with a few other ship members lost its breaks and we nearly killed us. It was a near death experience. The bus crashed into a tree and the woman who was sitting in front of us started gushing out blood. my Husband and I were badly bruised and beaten. We had to seek medical help right away. It is now 4 weeks after the cruise and we still have not fully recovered. After going through such a terrible experiance on the bus, my husband and I, my friend, along with a few other people on the same ship were left behind even after explaining to the ship employees the horrible accident we had just undergone.  we were all forced to purchase plane tickets back home and cut our 4 day vacation to a 2 day vacation. upon hearing of our horrible experience, my husband and I felt like the ship should have accommodated or showed us some sort of customer service. I was appalled at the level of service and lack of empathy I received from the employees and management. People on the same bus accident as us who were on other ships were accommodated and showed some sort of customer service for the terrible experience they had undergone. I'm truly shocked at Norwegian cruise. We held them to a much higher level of superiority before this tragedy occurred.  

Overall it was a great cruise. The folks on NCL are very good and service was great.  I think that our cruise on the NCL Jewel last summer better in terms of service but this crew was good as well.  The food was very good.  There was a enough entertainment to keep everyone happy.

The only issue I had was that we had an interior aft room and for two folks it would have been perfect.  For three adults it is too small.  If I had to do it again, I would have stepped up to a larger room.

The cruise is great for party lovers. have activities for all different ethnicity and ages. The cabins were small but the food was great. the ship doesn't provide many variety for vegans. The excursions were way too expensive. The beaches on the private island was awesome. 

Love the staff very energetic and keeps you gooing very clean great private island except the shark had a blast need more kids activities buffet could use more ootiins but overall I love Norwegian second time cruising with them

We had a port hole outside cabin room.  It wasn't anything very elaborate but it did the job and let us rest.  Loved the view out the porthole, would love to stay in a balcony room next cruise. Amenities were average. We were limited to one electric outlet unless there were more hidden somewhere. Whatever we needed was just a  phone call away and they were quick to take care of what we needed.  The crew took care of the air conditioner which was blowing hot air the first day.  They came while we were out exploring the boat and when we returned to the room it was nice and chilled.

THE KIDS AREA WAS AMAZING,ALL YOU DO IS DROP OFF YOUR KID AND THEY TAKE CARE OFTHE REST. MY DAUGHTER LOVED IT.

THE TEEN AREA DIDNT HAVE MUCH FOR GIRLS TO DO..

THE RESTAURANTS WERE GOOD. THERE WAS ALWAYS FOOD AND A GOOD SELECTION. THE ROOMS WERE OKAY FOR A CRUISE, WE DIDNT GET A SUITE. I ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOTU THE CRUISE.

I DO WISH THE DRINKS WERE INCLUDED.  

We had a great time - food was decent and abundant.  Atmosphere was fantastic.  Service hands down 5 Star.  Gave it a 4 because I brought 2 kids (1.5 year old and 3.5 year old) - not geared for the kids in any way.  But we still had fun and made the most of it.

Freeport is a bad stop, you have to get a taxi to get to town, and they suggest 6 people to share the taxi ride, I just got back on the boat and spend the day there, better than a day a sea because less people on the boat.

I didn't sleep much because the mattress was in bad condition.  Demonstrated attempts were made to address the problem in a professional manner; however only a new mattress would have fixed the problem.  

Before my NCL Bahamas trip, I had cruised once. NCL exceeded my past experience by a head and shoulder. On-board entertainments were great. Most of all, I loved our stay in Great Stirrup Cay. Swim white sand beach of this private Island and drink your favorite drink served to you right on the beach with BBQ in mid-day.  

NCL offers all kinds of freebies  when booking through  them; with  you, I got nothing.   Why should I use  you in the future?   For example, free drink  packages; free shore excursions, etcc

This was my first time on an Norwegian Boat, I really enjoyed myself my 14 year old daughter had a fabulous time.  My 12 year old didn't they didn't have a lot of stuff for him to do for that 10 to 12 year old age bracket.  I would do Norwegian Sky again, during the day and up until 11 its geared towards family after 11:00pm its for Adults.

I have now traveled on the Norwegian Sky, twice in a one month period.  My first outing, was not as happy as it could have been, however, that was due to the friends I traveled with.  They choose not to enjoy all you had to offer.

This time, FANTASTIC, I could not believe I missed so much!  Everything, was just wonderful, I can't believe how you could have made it better.  My husband and I thank your attentive staff for their attention to detail, and service.

The overall experience with the cruise was good. On time departure, smooth check-in, plenty of activities. I wasn't impressed with onshore activities but the ship was excellent.

Nice trip for a quick weekend getaway. Clean ship, okay food, fun casino. Not super pressured to buy things while cruising. Visited the Great Cat Island. Wear some type of flip flop or shoe while in water. Fair amount of rocks and hard on your feet. Dining in The Palace restaurant was very nice. No big crowds like the buffet areas upstairs. Only one winner in Bingo, so more fun to play slot machines in casino. No breezy outdoor places to sit while docked. The zoo in Nassau is very tiny. Charge 18.00 entry fee. Okay, but not fantastic. Fish Fry restaurants in Nassau were not great food wise. Fun and relaxing trip overall.

My husband and I had a great experience on our weekend getaway.

Just the fact that we were able to have drinks without worry of paying and driving was a relaxation tool all on its own. we enjoyed our selves and hope to return someday.

New to free style cruising but it was OK.  Entertainment (especially the comedian) was great.  Food had a good presentation but nothing extraordinary regarding the taste of the food and the service was mediocre.  I prefer to have designated dining times, assigned tables/wait staff, etc., who remember/accommodate your wants and desires.  I also prefer cruisers dressing appropriately for the dining room (not wearing shorts, etc.).  Shores excursions were great (went snorkeling both in Nassau & Great Stir Up Cay Island).  NCL's private island is fantastic and the food offered on the island was great.  Wonderful day outside, relaxing in the sun & meeting new people.  Most all the cruisers were friendly as we met some very nice people on board and on the excursions.  Fun weekend any way you look at it.

The ship was clean however was disappointed as the ship clearly shows its age.  Despite the cabin steward trying her best to provide us with linens without stains, etc. that was not possible.  Only ONE electrical outlet in the entire balcony family cabin.  Bed very uncomfortable.  Sofa bed is a joke. Restaurants were well stocked with a  nice variety of food.  Pools need updating with tiles falling off, etc.  I enjoy Norweigan cruise lines overall but will not take another cruise on the Sky.
