We recently sailed on the Norwegiam Sky. The ship was clean and all areas were attractively decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. There was plenty to do for adults. The Great Stirrup Cay was a relaxing beach and was lovely. The food was tasty and fresh and of course abundant. We would definately cruise on this line again in the future. It was worth the money spent.

Sky is a beautiful ship in excellent condition. Hawaiian decor, while slightly out of place for a Bahama Cruise, is very attractive. Super clean ship, everywhere I looked, if cruise staff is not waiting on you they are cleaning and I'm talking nook & cranny cleaning. Being a non-smoker I was impressed with the lack of smoking which used to be a problem on past cruises. People are very considerate and stick to the smoking areas.

the ship was great, it was a "freestyle" set up where you could come in for dinner, etc. whenever you wanted. which was convenient.

The staff was friendly but some of them seemed to have their hands out quite a bit when the boarding instructions clearly state that tipping is not required.

I didn't like having to wait to be seated for dinner, otherwise the cruise was great.

If you are looking for a lot of alone time and don't have kids in that early tween age than this will work great for you. We had the "larger" balcony cabin and the three of us had to work in single file. The kids program doesn't offer much to do during the day and at night they start charging you at 10:30. We have an 11 year old and I couldn't see leaving her with like 1 other kid for the "babysitting" hours while I tried to have fun. Food is just that-food. The specialty restaurants are nice, but again-just food! They only offer 1 main dish on the afternoon and eveing buffets so it is like they force you to eat in the dining room-or pay for the specialty restaurants. We didn't go for the food, so we just ate whatever. Staff is more stand-offish than on other ships and it is suppose to be the youngest fleet but a lot of things in our cabin were broken and the steward said they all are like that. Again, we made it a nice time-wasn't horrible by any means but just not what I thought it would be.

Ship was clean. One of our rooms smelled very mildewy and we were not able to change. Not a lot of planned activities for kids included in the pricing. Little things about the cruise just weren't up to our expectations. Although the service was very good. We had a good time, not great and will not be using Norwegian again. Much better value and activities on Carnival.

The ship and all the personnel were professionally happy folks who always had a smile and would go out of their way to be helpful. Also the slot machines were loose and that was a bonus (lol). The entertainment was good, and the tours offered while on Nasau were great. Food at bufets were ok, but the restaurants and food there were as good as any 4 star restuarant. Nice ambience in all. Wait staff was good and in some cases outstanding. All in all a great trip. Only thing I would I would suggest is to put some of the add on charges in the cruise price, rather than tack it on once we were on board. There was a $12.00 sur charge added each day to our bill, and while not a lot of money it did seem a bit deceptive and I would suggest that this cost be reflected in the advertised pricing of the cruise. I am a bit sensitive about such matters, and that did get my goat.

The Norwegian Sky was very clean andhad very bright colors. We would highly recommend Ncl.

There was a cover for 4 of the restaurants and then there were high charges once you were there for appetizers, seafood and drinks. So you would pay 20$ a piece to go and then pay for the food on the menu. In the main dining hall the food was always very slow and cold. It seemed like they didn't want you there. They tried to push us to the other paying restaurants the first night of the cruise. We had not been away with out the kids for 5 years and on the second night we were so put off we found ourselves wishing we were back home. It was freezing inside and hot outside, I had the heat on in our room. We ordered at the bar and 40 minutes later I asked if the food would be coming out soon (wings and fries) and they looked at me like I was crazy. They hadn't put the order in. The bar didn't show the Pittsburgh play off game. The buffet has few choices and the last night it was all curry dishes and some pasta. We heard other couples joking about the first cruise they may have lost weight on. The internet connection was advertised but then when we saw that it was 75 cents a minute on our own lap top we passed. Room service seemed agitated that we were calling. Juice and tea were included and they watered down the juice and the tea was super strong. I love ice tea and I could not drink it. This was our first cruise and we were so excited to go. The other couples on board were very friendly. Next time I am sure we will just go to a resort and skip the rocky boat and rude service.

I take a cruise every year and this was the first time that I tried this cruise line. The room was the smallest that I have ever seen on a cruise ship, although it was very clean. I ordered room service for breakfast and it never came. I didn't feel that there was a great selection of entertainment or music. The staff was very friendly. The food was great. I don't see the bonus of free style cruising as it is advertised. Not enough shops on board. The casino should have $5 table games they were all $10.

This ship was beautiful, clean, friendly and tenative staff. This was my 1st cruise and I cannot wait to go on another one!

the geting on bord process was smooth and fast ,room allways clean , room service was great and fast,the comedian was very funy, and the shows were great.and no lines for resturants

I think it is a beautiful ship and I like the itenararies but the food selection could have been better, the deserts were not good at all. The staff could have smiled more, especially the guys in the white uniforms. I did like the sanitized machines and the keycards with your id. This made it easier to get on and off the ships. The staff need to keep the children out of the casinos. I also watched a young child walk around the top of the pool eating icecream and she fell and hit her head. No staff member came to the rescue. I do blame the parents. Luckily the mother caught the child before she fell into the pool. The entertainment was great. My overall rating would be a 7 out of 10.

My family enjoyed most everything about our first cruise. the ship was clean, the food was good and there was plenty of things to do on the ship.

the ship is amazing! there are GREAT staffs on this ship, so much to do in such little time! you don't wanna waste anytime!

I thought the ship was very clean and in great shape.

The ship was nice, however if the weather was not great, not much to do during the day.

The ships service left much to be desired. The Food was poor, including getting sick at Cagney's (the expensive restuarant). The lack of communication and the attempt to triple tip. And finally the poor customer service for the off shore exc. i would will not take this cruise line again.

the confirmation letter has very limit info, soi I have to call many time to CS to find out the location and time and required docs. But I see other customers has a folder with a lot of info. ( some from expedia) . that is much helpful
