The kids club was very attentive to the children and were very age appropriate. My initial reaction was that I did not want to leave my child with a stranger, however they provided structured activities, and you could watch the children from outside the rooms at all times. They were great and my son enjoyed the children's programming.

Most of the staff was friendly, however the sit down meals versus the buffet meals were met with a wait staff that did not particularly seem to care or offer grreat service, unless alcoholic beverages were being purchased (such as bottles of wine).

The shuttles from the port to the beach were faily expensive-$30 for a family of 4. Every which way yu go when you leave the boat is an out of pocket expense even if you do not go on outings.

The popular beach was reported to be in walking distance, however to get there you had to walk tohrough undesirable/unsafe parts of the island.

Pros: Kids Club for my 4 year old was WONDERFUL.

Cons: Food was average and the service at the non buffet meals was very slow due to the Freestyle dining. It seemed that since none of the wait staff was accountable to any of the passengers and they were not directly getting the tips, they did not give personalized service.
