If you have not pre-booked your restaurants, shows and activities, do this as soon as you board. They fill up quickly.

Book any dining and entertainment as early as possible as it will fill up quickly. If I’m a suite, use the concierge.

Beautiful ship but I will not seek the ship for further. Not enough public space. Three elevator were not working.

If possible have some one drop you off and pick you up . parking is terrible and had to climb 5 flights get to car. Lifts were filled with people-suitcases. Took 35 mins to get car and backdown to ground level .

Book shows and dinner as early as possible prior to boarding. We did not and once on the ship our choices were very limited.

Take all luggage on board with you do not check any at embarkation. Also take iPads or personal devices loaded with movies to watch as the onboard entertainment is not that great and usually sold out.

Go directly to the theater port side, deck six and get in line to register for shows and dining immediately after you board the ship. Smokers probably won't appreciate the lack of accomodations for them. We are not smokers, but we have smoking friends and would never bring them on this ship. RCCL and Celebrity are much better at accomodating smokers. Also, while this ship is visually appealing, I just can't recommend it in its current form. If you've cruised much in the past, you probably won't be happy with all of its short comings.

If you board ship before noon or so, the app and the touch screens by elevators will still be on the previous cruise schedule. By around 1:30, you should be able to book things for your cruise itinerary and not have to wait in line in the theater to book. Not to mention that there were ALWAYS open seats in the theater which you can almost certainly have if you are willing to go standby for a performance that is "sold out".

Go with an open mind. Yes there are a few glitches like the elevators but just use it as a means to walk some steps and work off all that food. Most everything you want is on decks 6-8. You can easily walk the atrium between the three floors.

Do all your reservations for specialty restaurants and the Vibe beach club as soon as you can. Reservations for the main show room should be done before you get on the ship. Use the Norwegian app as much as you can to make reservations for anything. Be prepared for a full ship and lots of activity. The observation deck is wonderful if you can get a seat.

Pick another ship. The speedway takes up a lot of prime real estate seats are always a battle the pool is super small always loaded with sooo many people you can’t see the water and viva club you have to pay to go in there another piece on the ship where if you pay the extra $$$ you get a seat. The haven takes up a lot of their own space so now it seems like if you don’t pay the extra $$$ you are at the bottom of the barrel.
