This NCL cruise was AMAZING! The ports of call were spectacular, lots of history & walking. The excursion choices were phenomenal. The food was excellent especially for vegetarians. Overall, I highly recommend this cruise.

This is my 2nd cruise with Norwegian Cruises and will continue to cruise with this excellent line

Very nice itinerary. If you pit a day more in Amsterdam and Brugees, it will be perfect. Great tour overall.

Pretty new ship with a lot of design downfalls. Some artwork was really interesting, some completely inappropriate like headless people in the dining room. Very clean ship. Most staff were friendly (stewards, bartenders, servers). Only cruise director seemed to engage with passengers. However, saw him very little. Cruise staff was not engaging at all. Security staff was threatening, inappropriate and there are issues with top security management. Was given info on restaurant reservations and captain cocktail parties by pre-cruise concierge staff which differed from what on-cruise concierge staff told us as well as actual programing. Dinner reservations not found that were made well in advance. I have been a staunch NCL fan since the late 1980's. NCL has changed dramatically. It made me very sad.

I have only cruised on Carnival (1 cruise) and Norwegian (3 cruises). For the amount of money we spent and having such a horrible experience with our cabin, balcony and complete rudeness of staff (expect Mark our Los Lobos waiter and Roderick our Steward), I am seriously considering trying out another cruise company. My first two cruises with Norwegian were wonderful, but I feel like I just wasted $25k which is a lot of money

Great destinations but limited excursions. Too many people mostly confined to indoor spaces. Food was just okay with not enough choices. Bar service was awesome in the Whiskey Bar. Casino was stingy. Too much to explore in a short time…felt I didn’t have enough time to even scratch the surface.

Well worth. Make sure you dress warmly! Bring raincoats!!!

Overall we were happy with the cruise experience which would have been better with a few tweaks as previously stated.

The cruise itinerary is overwhelmingly the best thing about this cruise. The ship has its deficiencies . Don't think I would use the Prima again. Service and staff A+. Ship and especially cabin design is C-. Tipping policy on drink and food packages is exorbitant! Passenger tipping at $20 per person per day is approaching deal breaker status.

We were disappointed with the Shore Excursions especially we are paying so much monies and not sure how much quality control NCL performs once the local tours are outsourced. They lacked using Sound Enhancing equipment such as Whisper Boxes etc to ensure the patrons are able to listen to the Tour Guide not everyone can walk at their speed and given the fact there is limited space one can walk in tandem with the Tour Guide this should never have been an issue that we should raise. The Airconditoning system on bus in Bergen was not working in a bus full of people and 81degrees Farenheit this was really bad. I would like my monies back. As a matter of fact I was really happy with Shore Excursions Group I used for 2 of my local tours. Also our trip Polar Flight to Grimsey was literally cancelled last minute we were scrambling to get another local tour. It was frustrating.

We enjoyed this cruise very much. Very nice ship. I think the public spaces were too small considering the passenger capacity.

It’s still a new ship with too many people and not enough spaces to accommodate the huge crowd, wished food quality would be better.

Loved doing a Transatlantic cruise. Enjoyed peaceful days at sea. Prima, while a beautiful ship is not meant for cold weather cruising. Too many people crammed inside in many little venues. Specialty Restaurants were outstanding.

Fix the overcrowding and make sure there is food available.

Great cruise! Good mix of ports and sea days. Allowed us to visit ABC islands while departing from Galveston near our home. Bonaire and the private island in the Bahamas were our favorite. Not sure why NCL excursions have zero reviews. They should have thousands. (Only place I could make this comment in the survey). Best inside stateroom I’ve been in. Great shower and lots of electrical and USB outlets). Very good food and entertainment. Not the best activity venues for my liking. Get rid of the humidor. Smells up the hallway with cigar odor. Resize the pickleball court.

We had a great time. The prima is a beautiful ship. The waiter we had in the Hudson was great. We asked for him each night we ate at the Hudson. The local had great wings and ice cream sundae.

This was our first time traveling on NCL. Our room was great! But be careful about booking forward balcony rooms. You may be overlooking the bow of the ship if you're on a lower floor and that would really suck. We were in room 12102, so high enough that our view wasn't obstructed but the deck was TINY.

We really enjoyed the Prima & the relaxed atmosphere. The food, entertainment and servers were amazing. We loved it!

Great relaxation cruise for us. It was Spring Break and there were a few gangs of feral children, but mostly parents seemed to keep their kids under control.

Very disappointed about Splash Academy wasted time and our balcony obstructed view. Otherwise, great cruise. We have cruised with Norwegian several times in the past and plan to take more cruises. Hope to see situations like the ones mentioned corrected in the future.
