Review summary

It’s still a new ship with too many people and not enough spaces to accommodate the huge crowd, wished food quality would be better.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Too many people, but it was quite orderly .

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Main dining rooms look good, services is adequate, food quality was ok but needed improvement, food quality in specialty restaurants need upgrading, buffet restaurants need more spaces to accommodate the huge crowds. Services is not up to par, especially during breakfast hour, only one omelette station is not going to work for such a big ship.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

Children's Programs

We are retiring couple travel without kid

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They are all doing a good job; I have to give a thumb up to Nympha Cantada from Indulge Food Hall, she did an above and beyond job to clean up tables

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Not enough space

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Clean and comfortable, seems bigger than the other ships we traveled with before, lay out is quite modern, wished the step to the bathroom is little bit lower

Ship tip

Too many people, but if you like the crowd, I guess it’s ok.

Ports of call

New York, New York

4 out of 5
No, because I used to live in NYC before

Halifax, Nova Scotia

4 out of 5
Nice and quiet little town with clean air

Reykjavik, Iceland

4 out of 5
Second time there, but didn’t get to see the Northern Lights, golden triangle and the thermo bath are well worth to participate

Amsterdam, Netherlands

4 out of 5
Almost like NYC

Zeebrugge (Bruges), Belgium

4 out of 5

Le Havre (Paris), France

We loved the Prima. Sorry you were not pleased. We thought the food options were excellent. We did not eat in the buffet. You had a wonderful itinerary.
