Review summary

It had a lot of peaks and valleys but truly more valleys. The wifi I paid for was awful and unreliable. I dined ever evening in Hudsons or the Commodore and the menu was boring, lacked variety, and overall quality was poor.

Embarkation

2 out of 5
Quite disorganized due to ship coming in late.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The dining got boring as the menu didn't change enough. Variety was not great. No true 24 hour dining.

The Commodore Room

2 out of 5

Poor service

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Daytime activities were weak at best. A couple evening shows were good. The small venue where the Fleetwood Mac show was too small and not enough seating.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Heidi Karlsson was tremendous

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Obviously they knew they had guaranteed tips and they acted like the overcharged tips weren't appreciated. Overall very poor service by wait staff and many bartenders

Ship Quality

4 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Attendant (Mel) saved the cruise for me by his attentiveness and genuine treatment.

Ship tip

Lower your standards and expectations and you will be happy
