I have only cruised on Carnival (1 cruise) and Norwegian (3 cruises). For the amount of money we spent and having such a horrible experience with our cabin, balcony and complete rudeness of staff (expect Mark our Los Lobos waiter and Roderick our Steward), I am seriously considering trying out another cruise company. My first two cruises with Norwegian were wonderful, but I feel like I just wasted $25k which is a lot of money

Guest services, butler and concierge where horrible. The only bright spot we had which was exceptional was our steward, Frederick!!! He gets 100 stars. Had many issues with room and guest services said there was nothing they could do to help and very rude. Butler and concierge both said they had a lot of rooms in different areas so they would not be around a lot. I paid for a service that I did not get. I saw them both maybe twice in 11 days.

Our cabin ruined our entire time on the ship. You would think paying as much money as we did the cabin would meet the price. There were three of us traveling and this room states it sleeps 3-4 which it does. What it doesn't tell you is that more than two people cannot sit at a time. The picture of the room shows the larger area in the cabin is the living area with love seat (pull out bed), chair and slider for balcony. When we entered the cabin the living area was the smaller area. It only had the love seat and no room for additional seating. When you pull out the sofa bed, it takes up the entire living area. You cannot even get into the refrigerator. When you sat on the love seat, the cushions would slide out. The big disappointment was the balcony. We utilize our balcony all the time on our cruises. This was the first cruise for my 80 year old mother. Unlike other cruise companies, Norwegian does not put that the balcony has obstructed views. Unless it was hidden so tiny, I did not see it. The balcony was all steel, so if you sit, you have zero view. Also you are not told that you cannot have a light on the balcony because of the bridge. The balcony is totally USELESS!!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM IF YOU WANT A BALCONY YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE!!!!!!!! This room was HORRIBLE
Was on the Prima in February and loved it. Going back in March. I don’t understand why the Prima gets so much hate. It’s a beautiful ship with good food, service and entertainment. The only negative I saw was the main pool was too small. But there are two infinity pools with a lot of seating.
We were on the Prima last year in the Haven and had a great time. The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the Haven Bar and Restaurant.
We enjoyed the itinerary, too.
Sorry you were disappointed
If you had simply looked at pictures of the ship, it is plainly clear that the forward cabins don’t have glass sided balconies. A bit of research goes a long way. Also, that is not what is considered to be an obstructed view. An obstruction is a life boat, etc.
