Buffets on 17fl food was very good. When I went on an excursion and return it was closing and there was only the section open for hot dogs and hamburgers and cold fries. I explained to the manager that I just got back, he still told the staff to close. The 17th floor was very crowded with people which hinder movement. Another section had to be opened. The main dining room serve the same food each day. I tried to book a reservation for the Carnegy Restaurant before and after I boarded and was not successful. I went restaurant in person to be placed on a waiting list and was promise a call the next day which never happened. I was a solo traveler and they could not accommodate me. I had two specialty restaurant which I could not use and paid for.

My room steward was excellent and took care of all my cabin needs. Did not like the food manager on 17 who close before everyone was on board .

Beautiful ship but could use an additional food court on the 8th floor, which would eliminate the congestion on 17 floor. The main pool and jacuzzi was not adequate for
families could have been for adults only. The cleanliness was excellent

Beautiful ship but I will not seek the ship for further. Not enough public space. Three elevator were not working.
I went on this excursion and that the van used was to small and squeezed over 12 people in a van that did not have aisle and uncomfortable. I told the staff on the 7th floor. They did not offer a refund
