Not enough space at pool, main dining room food was not good, and I was not allowed to get bottled water because I didn’t book from Sept-Dec even though when I checked in on the app, it said 6 bottles of water were in my beverage package. All cruise ships should have water bottle refill stations.

There was not enough pool for this big of a ship, the main pool was small and only had two more small pools, disappointed.

It was very difficult to get into the shows as they were already booked out by first day of cruise. They only allow so many app bookings pre-cruise and then on board the ship, they all reserved out so quickly.

Servers in the main dining room were not very friendly. We asked for a coffee machine and it took our room steward 5 hours to deliver.

I didn’t know it wasn’t right up against the sea so our view was that of the Infinity pool and chairs.
It took a very long time to get on the shore from the tendering process and we were in Group 2, so it was 2 hours after anchoring before we were at the beach.
