Review summary

We’ve been cruising for over 20 years and never once did we have sooo many negative things to say. Very disappointing. They make you tender off the ship like I’ve never seen before from one waiting spot to another. The cruise director seen him once the whole trip not interactive with the people at all!! I hate to say this but the worse cruise director we’ve ever had

Hudson’s dining room and commodore the complimentary dining dinner the same every single night, buffet closes early so when you come back from port the only dining option is surf grill and the lines are outrageous because now you have thousands of passengers looking to eat they give you a beeper and you have to wait around 40 minutes to be seated. Not how I wanna spend my vacation They ran out of creamer and no peanut butter and bagels

Our cabin steward was the best!!! Bernie was fantastic so pleasant and accommodating. The dining rooms need lots of work. They will not accommodate any special requests unless it’s way ahead of time. The bar servers were great.

Ship tip

Pick another ship. The speedway takes up a lot of prime real estate seats are always a battle the pool is super small always loaded with sooo many people you can’t see the water and viva club you have to pay to go in there another piece on the ship where if you pay the extra $$$ you get a seat. The haven takes up a lot of their own space so now it seems like if you don’t pay the extra $$$ you are at the bottom of the barrel.
