Michael was extremely helpful with every aspect of our trip - from finding us adjoining staterooms (even though we booked pretty late), making recommendations for shore excursions, and giving us tips and suggestions for dining and activities. The ship (NCL Prima) was outstanding and the vacation was perfect!

Cruise was great fun...a bit crowded but not too much. Pools are inadequate but the kids loved the go karts.

We have been on several cruises and would rate this one at the top end. This cruise has a relaxed dress code for those that don't want to have to dress up. The buffet area is much smaller and the selection not as extensive as some of the other cruises we have sailed. If you hit the timing right, there won't be a huge crowd. We found that eating breakfast at Hudson's was perfect for us.

This is a good, solid cruise on a very pretty ship. The ship has a lot that is good, but the overall design and venue sizes really take away from the enjoyment bringing the ship overall down to a 3.5 star while the staff and quality are 4+ stars. Overall worth it!

Our first cruise was so much FUN and a great success. This trip was with 38 people from our resort in Texas and really added to the Fun. We are already making plans with other friends to go on a cruise.... just need to decide which ship and if we want to go this coming Fall or next Spring. Will probably be another Carribean cruise. Curious... if we all four book together at the same time in which cruisers #3 and #4 get a special or "free" trip (just paying taxes and fees)... does that mean they would share a room with us or would they get their own room? 

Even though we had a great time, Prima disappointed with the design and layout of the ship.

We have been to these ports before, so this was more a relaxing and unbusy cruise. A little disappointed in the entertainment and venues where they had something going, but overall, a good trip. This ship was easy to get around and comfortable.

The cruise was really enjoyable, and we would do it again, but would be more selective of our excursions.

Will avoid NCL in the future, poor value for dollar spent. I would rather go with Carnival again, there are way better choices out there.

Lots of false advertising and act like they are doing a favorby honoring what they advertised.

Overall the cruise was good. It could have been much worse, but also lots of room for improvement.

Loved the new modern design of the ship, crew was fantastic, lots of different areas to sit and lounge. Buffet restaurant not well designed and food lacked variety

Very attractive ship with nice cabins and public areas. Service was average to poor. Very hard to get to anyone who would help correct problems. Forget about trying the phone. Food was not very good in main dining rooms and service was poor and servings were small. One of worst cruises we have been on from a service standpoint. Glad they had a nonsmoking casino! Entertainment was overbooked. However bars were plentiful and well stocked and serviced. Offering two free specialty restaurant when you can’t get in is a big disappointment

After 19 cruises, 1st on Norwegian One word to describe this cruise “horrible”

Getting on and off the ship was very unorganized. Service on the ship was lacking not enough help! Specialty dinning food was under cooked to my liking even after sending steak back and it still came back rare not medium well! Didn’t eat it and I wasn’t even offered any refund! Very disappointed with lack of service at the bars waited sometimes for up to 15 minutes to order a drink!

The theme of this cruise was confusion. From day one they changed out ports, they swapped Cozumel and Costa Maya days, then limited us to only 6 hours in Costa Maya starting at 6AM! The ship layout is so confusing, and is based on a lot of smaller venues instead of fewer larger venues. The drinks were not the same bar to bar, or even bartender to bartender. Do yourself a favor and find Bong in the Metropolitan sooner rather than later. Food was average, room service breakfast was cold and bland and often missing items.

Any vacation is enjoyable if you are with those you love. The ship is beautiful. More service and organization is strongly recommended. The low staff and self service if by design should be called out to guests. Unfortunately we will not do another NCL cruise.

Complained over and over about room creaking and knocking noises. Asked other guest if they had same problem and they said no. Could not sleep because of noise.

Did not like the design of the ship. It is cut into too many small sections, not like other Norwegian ships.
