Getting on and off the ship was very unorganized. Service on the ship was lacking not enough help! Specialty dinning food was under cooked to my liking even after sending steak back and it still came back rare not medium well! Didn’t eat it and I wasn’t even offered any refund! Very disappointed with lack of service at the bars waited sometimes for up to 15 minutes to order a drink!Embarkation
