From the minute we got there we had problems. 2of 3 of us were flagged by Bermuda TA when all of our information was from the same place and submitted all together. It took almost 3hrs to straighten it out with only 2 people working. advertised open bar however I was charged for every drink, even club soda (false advertising! See picture) we were notified 7 days prior we would have to leave Bermuda a day early to go to Bar Harbor, Maine with no compensation or credit. Seriously….why would you reroute a ship in 75degree weather to 45 degrees and only 26percent of the town open. Highly disappointed!!!

Quick, fun cruise for Spring Break...Haven class cabin was excellent as was the staff. Ship activities and entertainment were OK; nothing great. Speciality dining was excellent!!!

Our cruise on the Norwegian Pearl was absolutely fantastic! Although we were hesitant due to COVID, our experience was amazing. The staff was incredible and the food was really good. Met some great people and had a wonderful time. Can't wait to sail again sometime soon.

poor communication from BJ's travel staff after the initial cancellation created issues with our large group. The health and safety of the older members of presented constant challenges regarding refunds and FCC's. I'll book directly with cruise line next time.

We went on this cruise for sunshine and relaxation. We got that and good food, entertainment and a very lovely staff.

We have cruised many times before and there was something magical about the ports we visited. My husband is so picky and to see how happy he was made my heart smile

This was our first NCL cruise but had cruised with other carriers five or more times. We did not take full advantage of the entertainment activities on board and feel that our cruise would have been more enjoyable if we had participated in the offered activities. As usual on every cruise ship, the passengers quickly lay claim to seating by the pool for the entire day. My wife and I were left sitting on towels on the deck or sharing one chair on two separate occasions. The food was excellent and the beverage package and specialty dining was a tremendous bonus. Thanks for a good cruise.

Everything about this cruise was excellent. Very clean, very comfortable, not too large.

Relaxing and delicious. It was nice to sit back and enjoy the wonderful food and amazing sights.

From Booking, I was allowed to select a room category that gave me one Free at Sea. I selected Beverage Package on the website, but when it came down to checking my payments, said the room category was NOT eligible for Free at Sea--but it was NCL's issue that I was able to select the option initially. Of course, NCL said it was 's error. Ended up paying $300 more plus increased travel insurance. Just done with PL.

Good weekend cruise, pool was closed halph the time, activities closed at 5pm, wall; basket & soccer courts (not good), but overall is was good, thanks

A very short cruise but for under $250 + free drink package I'm not complaining. We enjoyed the smaller ship as it made it easier to navigate. I believe our kids would have been bored had we brought them.

Nice cruise but was less enjoyable than the former cruises!

My rating speaks for itself.

5 day getaway. WiFi costs a fortune. Stay in mid ship if you can to avoid sea sickness.

great rest staff and ship ,the bar tenders in atrium took very good care of me the Filipino rest & bar staff were very polite and addresses us by name most of the time , would reccomend this ship to anyone , thanks for a great cruise

Just got off the Pearl. All in all I was impressed with the efficiency of the organization and the cleanliness of the overall ship. The embarking and disembarking processes went very smoothly. Also purchasing excursions were quickly processed and you received the tickets within minutes. The same for canceled excursions, they were credited immediately. We never had a billing issue. We loved our balcony stateroom. As staterooms go, this was the best we have ever had. The room was spacious and clean. We found all staff and service was good. I wasn't impressed at all with the buffet (lots of cold over cooked food), the sit down complimentary restaurants were about as good as a chain restaurant. The specialty restaurants we went to were much better. They were not up to a 5star review, but things were well cooked, seasoned appropriately and had nice presentations. My husband and I liked the specialty restaurant the Bistro. We found there were plenty of deck chairs at all times. That doesn't happen on bigger ships. We took part in some of the games and activities and we enjoyed them. We laughed a lot. As far as the shows go, you're not getting Broadway quality, but you are not getting a community production either. I was impressed with the male dancers, the Michael Jackson impersonation and the comedian. All in all the shows were entertaining. The internet and the Norwegian App worked occasionally. Both were pretty useless, not to mention frustrating. We would recommend taking part in the Whiskey tasting. We did that a few times and learned some cool things. Do go on the Pearl if you like smaller ships. Don't go on this ship if you like lots of options Do go on this ship if you like freestyle dining and don't mind average Sysco food at best. Don't go on this cruise if you like scheduled dining times and dress up days. Don't go on this ship if you can't stand over selling everything and being nickel and dime.

I have been on Epic, Sky, and I loved it. Pearl was really bad, the service super slow, no music at the pool during the day, only after 4, drinks very weak at the bar outside, huge line for the drinks(around 20 min in line for each drink), no people running around to provide drinks for the guests, food was ok. Not much entertainment at night. I am disappointed with this.

It was wonderful to be with our mom and just sit on the balcony and watch the waves. Memories we will hold dear!

very disappointing... the Free at sea promotions were a scam, the exclusions were not transparent but buried in the fine print Free internet means 100 min for 1 guest Free Drink package means no water Free specialty dining means 1 meal Free excursion means a $50 credit
