I purchased a Thermal Suite pass. I am disabled, so was very surprised that I could not enter any pool that was available, and the shower facilities were very cramped and did not allow room for dressing. Also, none of the locker locks were working, and I needed to have personnel unlock my locker for me most times.

Joanna was wonderful in the whiskey bar, and Vincent and Mainnela were great in the Summer Palace. Excellent elsewhere except for poor service and cleanup at the Great Outdoors bar. Bartenders were not very agreeable, waiters were slow in coming to the table and there was no place to line up for service so that often the loudest were served first. We ended up not going there.

Nice port, but very far away from the island to connect with our excursion. Excursion to Spice Farm was great, but less impressed with Mayan Ruin.

Very difficult to navigate through this busy port. Not enough bathrooms and were very uncleanly. Excursion to Mayan Ruins, which was very nice.

Disembarkation

Even though we had an early disembarkation time, waited in line for over an hour. No information as to why this was taking so long as we were waiting. We were very concerned about making our plane.
