Staff had no interest in helping, were very short and never smiled. The room steward was the only happy upbeat crew member. Cage ya waiter was good too.

They won’t tell you there is a tender to Placentsia because the cruise line wants you to spend money on their island. Go to town walk abound and spend time on the beach.
